Granny Power was 10 years in the making, but at last it’s finished! Begun in 2004 by acclaimed director Magnus Isacsson, the film was brought to fruition after his death by his wife and partner Jocelyne Clarke, who took on roles as producer and co-director, and Tobi Elliott, a former intern who morphed into an invaluable associate producer and communications advisor.
Heartfelt thanks to all of you who donated to the film, gifts of time, services and advice, not to mention hard cash. These include donors who supported us through GiveMeaning.org, through our very successful Indiegogo crowd funding campaign, and not least, $20,000 raised by the Montreal Raging Grannies through the production and sale of their amazing Old, Bold and Beautiful 2013 calendar.
